Finding a counselor who is a good fit for you is important. At Restore Hope, your first consultation appointment is free. At this appointment, you will have the opportunity to share your concerns and goals as well as ask questions about the counseling process.
What should I expect?
You can expect a safe, confidential and nonjudgmental environment where you can be equipped for healing and develop skills to make positive changes in your life.
Appointments are 50 minutes in length at a scheduled time reserved for you. Counseling techniques and approaches are individualized to help you improve your ability to manage emotions, enhance communication skills, and develop more effective coping skills.
what is the cost?
The goal of Restore Hope is to provide affordable, professional counseling. Your consultation appointment is FREE. I believe that the client/counselor relationship is vitally important for success in the counseling process, and I want clients to have the freedom to discuss goals, to ask questions and to ensure comfort in the counseling relationship in the initial consultation session.
The fee for a regular 50 minute therapy session is $100. A limited number of reduced rate scholarships are available for those who qualify. Please ask about this at your initial session.
While I do not file insurance, you may request a receipt for services that you, as the client, can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement or to count toward your deductible. Contact your insurance provider regarding specific reimbursement for an out of network, licensed therapist.
